Uses and Preparations:
- Dried chopped rhizome for tea, powdered for tea or spice, powdered and encapsulated, or tinctured
- Fresh rhizome as a condiment, fresh tea, poultice, juice, tincture, or essential oil and oleoresin

Brewing Instructions: Bring 8-9oz of water to a boil and remove from heat. Steep 1 tbsp loose leaf / 1 tea bag in 6-8oz of boiled water for a minimum of 8 minutes. For a second serving, steep herbs another round in 6-8oz of boiled water for minimum 10 minutes. For a stronger tea, steep longer in less water.
Serving size: 1tbsp or 1 tea bag
