Brewing Instructions: Bring 8-9oz of water to a boil and remove from heat. Steep 1 tbsp loose leaf / 1 tea bag in 6-8oz of boiled water for a minimum of 8 minutes. For a second serving, steep herbs another round in 6-8oz of boiled water for minimum 10 minutes. For a stronger tea, steep longer in less water.
Serving size: 1tbsp or 1 tea bag
Ingredients include:
*Chamomile: is a slightly bitter, sweet, aromatic flower that has many great benefits including helping to reduce anxiety and initiating sleep. This herb also helps with the ease of menstrual pain, reduces inflammation, treats colds and upper respiratory infection, and assists to treat and prevent cancer and diabetes.
*Mullein: has a slightly earthy taste and is known for its treatment of asthma, coughs, tuberculosis, bronchitis, pneumonia and related respiratory problems. This herb fights infection and inflammation while promoting the ejection of mucus from the lungs.
*Lavandin: has a minty sweet flower aroma with a smoky apple woody earthy taste. This herb treats anxiety, insomnia, depression, nervousness and restlessness. Lavandin also has anti-inflammatory benefits and relieves pain from headaches, toothaches, sprains and sores.
