Brewing Instructions: Bring 8-9oz of water to a boil and remove from heat. Steep 1 tbsp loose leaf / 1 tea bag in 6-8oz of boiled water for a minimum of 8 minutes. For a second serving, steep herbs another round in 6-8oz of boiled water for minimum 10 minutes. For a stronger tea, steep longer in less water.

Serving size: 1tbsp or 1 tea bag

Ingredients include:

*Agrimony: smells of apricots but has a slightly bitter taste. This herb is used to treat sore throat, upset stomach, mild diarrhea, IBS, inflammation, gall bladder disorders, fluid retention, cancer, tuberculosis, bleeding, corns, and warts.

*Ginger Root: has a spicy aroma with a peppery sweet taste. This herb is used for nausea relief, treatment of motion sickness, loss of appetite, muscle pain and menstrual pain.

*Mullein: has a slightly earthy taste and is known for its treatment of asthma, coughs, tuberculosis, bronchitis, pneumonia and related respiratory problems. This herb fights infection and inflammation while promoting the ejection of mucus from the lungs.

*Peppermint: has a cooling refreshing taste and a strong minty smell. This herbs is used to improve sleep, treat headaches, relieve clogged sinuses and helps with menstrual cramps and gas.

*Orange peel: has a sightly bitter taste but  includes sweet notes of pomegranate and raspberry. This orange colored herb has essential components and substantially more enzymes, flavonoids, and phyto-nutrients than the actual fruit.
